General requirements for car rental in Spain

Before renting any type of vehicle in Spain, certain requirements must be met. All drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license issued in their home country. The license must be issued at least a year before the lease, while the driver must not have serious violations or suspensions in the last three years.

Also, you will need to insure the car for the duration of the rental. We have 2 types of insurance in our company - standard and full.

Insurance requirements

Insurance is a mandatory item for car rental. Under such conditions, both you and the lessor will be insured against possible losses incurred while driving a rented car abroad.

Our clients can choose basic or full insurance, they come as part of the BASIC and PREMIUM+ packages.

Credit card payment options

When paying by credit card, it is usually necessary to leave the full cost of the rental plus additional fees as a deposit in case of damage or theft of the rented car. After the car is returned safe and sound, the deposit will be refunded. It may take some time.

If you want to rent a car in our company without a credit card, then contact the manager. This issue is individual and is solved in each case only through live communication with an employee. It is worth remembering that the debit card must be in the name of the driver when making a deposit.
