Step 1: Go to the official SOLO rent a car website and select your pickup location, such as "car rental at Malaga Airport." Enter your rental dates and choose a car that suits your size and budget needs.

Step 2: After selecting your car, you will be prompted to enter the renter’s information. Make sure all the details are entered correctly to avoid any issues when picking up the car.

Step 3: Review the entered details and confirm your booking. At this stage, you can also select additional services, such as child seats or a GPS navigator.

Step 4: Make the payment using your chosen method. After successful payment, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email.

Step 5: Upon arrival at Malaga Airport or your chosen pickup location, proceed to the SOLO rent a car office. Present your booking confirmation and required documents (ID, driver's license, credit card) to the staff.

How to Modify or Cancel a Booking with SOLO rent a car

Sometimes plans change, and you may need to make adjustments to an existing booking. SOLO rent a car makes it easy and quick to modify or cancel your reservation.

Cancelling a Booking The cancellation policy depends on the selected package:

BASIC: If you notify more than 48 hours before the rental period starts, SOLO rent a car retains 30% of the total rental cost plus a 50-euro processing fee. If you notify less than 48 hours before the rental period or in case of a no-show, the same amount is retained.
PREMIUM+: Free cancellation if you notify more than 48 hours before the rental period starts. If you notify less than 48 hours before the rental period or in case of a no-show, 30% of the total rental cost plus a 50-euro processing fee is retained.

If the amount of the rental fee paid is less than the calculated cancellation fee, no refund is made, and no additional payments are required.
