Cancelling a Booking The cancellation policy depends on the selected package:
- BASIC: If you notify more than 48 hours before the rental period starts, SOLO rent a car retains 30% of the total rental cost plus a 50-euro processing fee. If you notify less than 48 hours before the rental period or in case of a no-show, the same amount is retained.
- PREMIUM+: Free cancellation if you notify more than 48 hours before the rental period starts. If you notify less than 48 hours before the rental period or in case of a no-show, 30% of the total rental cost plus a 50-euro processing fee is retained.
If the amount of the rental fee paid is less than the calculated cancellation fee, no refund is made, and no additional payments are required.
