Are your rental days coming to an end and it's time to return the car? Here's how to do it. Come to one of our offices:

In Malaga

During working hours: Av. del Comandante García Morato 50, Malaga, 29004. We provide free shuttle service with a mini-bus. Follow the instructions on your voucher.

Outside of working hours: Av. del Comandante García Morato 20 - "EASY PARKING". We will send instructions via email.

In Marbella

Address: Nave 80, La Campana Industrial Estate (Marbella), Malaga, 29660.

During working hours: Return the car directly to the office.

Outside of working hours: Return the car to the office and leave the keys in the "SOLO rent a car" mailbox. Follow the instructions on the voucher.

Return the car in the same condition as when you received it, with the keys and all accessories. Do not tamper with the technical specifications or appearance of the car, otherwise you will have to pay for restoration.

When you return the car, our staff will check its condition within 24 hours and send you a receipt via email.

Don't forget to return the car where you agreed with the lessor. If you leave it elsewhere or fail to arrive at the office on time, you will have to pay an additional €100 for the abandoned car and cover all associated expenses.

In addition to the main instructions for returning the car, it is important to consider several additional points:

Cleaning and tidying up
Before returning the car, make sure it is clean inside and out. Remove trash and clean the interior to avoid additional cleaning fees. Checking personal belongings: Before returning the car, make sure you have removed all your personal belongings from the interior and trunk. Check pockets, compartments, and storage areas. Fuel: Make sure the fuel level in the tank meets the rental agreement terms. Usually, you are required to return the car with the same amount of fuel as when you took it.

Damage
Carefully inspect the car for any damages. If you find any new damages, inform a staff member of the rental company before signing the return documents.

Additional equipment
If you used any additional equipment (such as a child seat, GPS), make sure you return it along with the car.

Documentation
Prepare all necessary documents for returning the car, including the rental agreement and vouchers.

Return on time
Try to return the car on time to avoid additional late fees.

If you have any questions or issues when returning the car, seek assistance from SOLO rent a car staff.

Following these additional steps will help make the car return process smoother and prevent misunderstandings or additional expenses.
