Payment Method and Deposit
- Payment Methods: Only credit cards in the name of the main driver are accepted for the deposit. Cash, bank checks, prepaid cards, and bank transfers are not accepted.
- Guarantee of Obligations: The deposit serves as a guarantee of the client's obligations and is paid by credit card in the name of the main driver before the rental begins.
- Deposit Return: The deposit is taken and returned in euros. The return process may take up to 30 days after the car is returned. The company is not responsible for any client losses related to currency conversion or bank fees.
- Deposit Withholding: The company reserves the right to withhold the deposit in case of an accident, mechanical breakdown, theft, fire, or other incidents until the client's liability is determined.
- Non-Compliance with Contract Terms: Non-compliance with the rental contract terms may result in withholding the amount of the debt from the deposit.
