We are striving to make your renting experience easier, therefore with a new decade, we have implemented some improvements and redesigned our rental packages. We have thoroughly simplified the whole process by only keeping two options available to choose from; Budget and All-inclusive.
What is the “Budget” package?
Included:
- Third-party insurance with excess (CDW) equal to the amount of the deposit.
- Excess fee: Varies depending on the vehicle group (1150€ - 2500€)
- Limited mileage: 150km/day. Maximum 1800km/contract
- Fuel: Full – Full
Not included:
- Roadside assistance
- Express line upon collecting your car
- Free cancellation
- Travelling abroad or islands of Spain (available only with prior authorization and additional payment)
- Negligent use: loss of keys, incorrect fuel type, not respecting the traffic and road laws, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc.
This is a great and cost-effective package and above all it already includes basic insurance (CDW).
When choosing this option keep in mind that the kilometres are limited, and you are responsible for the vehicles damages for up to the full sum of the security deposit.
What is the “All-Inclusive” package?
Included:
- Full cover insurance – all external damages to the vehicle will be covered, including glass, wheels, rims, lights, mirrors, bumpers etc.
- Excess/Franchise of 0€
- Unlimited mileage per day (max. 3500 km per contract)
- 24-hour roadside assistance
- Fuel: Full - Full
- Free cancellation of up to 48h prior to vehicle collection.
- Express line – no waiting in queues at the office.
Not included:
- Travelling abroad or islands of Spain (only with prior authorization and additional payment)
- Negligent use: loss of keys, wrong fuel, not respecting the general traffic rules, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc.
This package is for those who want to be relaxed and not have to worry about anything during their trips in Spain.
When choosing this package keep in mind that customers negligence and/or intentional dangerous driving is never covered by the full insurance option.
Further, in the reservation process, you can choose more available extras like additional drivers, child seats, Portable Wi-Fi pods and more.
